Usage details
How minutes are calculated
- You're charged for duration, not processing time
- Forty minutes of recording is forty minutes, regardless of how long processing takes. For video, only the audio counts.
- Only completed jobs are deducted
- If a file can't be processed or the job fails, those minutes aren't deducted from your balance.
- Duration is measured from the file itself
- We measure your audio directly rather than relying on the provider's figure, so the deduction is accurate.
- When minutes run out
- Nothing is deleted or disabled: you simply can't order new transcriptions until the next period or until you buy a pack.

With clean audio in Spanish or English, accuracy runs around 98% word for word. With background noise, multiple voices or strong accents, it's usually between 92% and 96%. The editor lets you review and correct any detail.
Over 90 languages and their variants: Spanish from Spain and Latin America, Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and many more. The language is detected automatically, even if it changes within the same recording.
Your files are processed and stored in European Union data centers, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never train any model with your content. You can delete any recording at any time, and audio that isn't deleted is removed automatically: after 14 days without a paid plan, after 90 days with one.
Yes. Your subscription is managed through Stripe, and you can cancel it from your billing panel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and your transcripts remain available to download.
Not yet, but we're building one: a REST API with automatic notifications when a job finishes, included in your plan at no extra cost. Write to us and we'll let you know when it's ready.
