Using the service
No. Everything happens in the browser: upload the file and get the text back. No settings to configure, no models to choose.
Usually under two minutes. You can track progress, and closing the tab makes no difference: the job continues and your text will be there when you return.
Yes. Click any line and edit it. The previous version is kept, and the search index picks up your correction.
Yes: we support MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV and AVI. We only extract the audio, at no extra cost for the video part.
Accuracy and languages
With clean audio in Spanish or English, accuracy runs around 98% word for word. With noise, overlapping voices or strong accents, it's usually between 92% and 96%.
Over 90: Spanish from Spain and Latin America, Catalan, Galician, Basque, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and many more. The language is detected automatically, even if it changes mid-recording.
Yes, up to 32 people per recording. They appear as «Speaker A», «Speaker B», and renaming them updates the whole document.
Plans and billing
By the actual length of your recording, not processing time. Forty minutes of audio is forty minutes, and failed jobs don't deduct any minutes.
Nothing is deleted or disabled. You simply can't request new transcriptions until your quota renews or you buy a minute pack.
Yes, from your billing panel. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your transcripts remain available to download.
Yes, with your company name and VAT number. For large volumes, payment by bank transfer or a signed DPA, write to us and we'll handle it by email.
Privacy and data
On servers within the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Transcription also takes place on European soil.
No. Your content is used only to generate your transcript.
Audio is kept for 14 days without a paid plan, or 90 days with one, and is deleted automatically after that. The text remains for as long as your account exists. If you delete a transcript, its audio is removed that same day.
